ABOUT ME
I grew up in rural India — no running water, no electricity, selling vegetables as a teenager. Engineering school changed everything. 25 years later, I've led AI and digital transformation across GE, Nokia, and Salesforce for Fortune 500 companies on four continents.

Digital transformation isn't about deploying technology — it's about reimagining business models through intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and AI-powered decision-making. I've built and shipped production AI systems: multi-agent orchestration platforms, MLOps pipelines, NLP/RAG applications, and enterprise Agentforce deployments.

Ready to lead your AI transformation.
Approach
AI Transformation Philosophy
🧠
Business Model First
Transformation isn't about deploying tools — it's about reimagining how value is created. I start with the business outcome and work backwards to the AI architecture, not the other way around.
⚙️
Production Over Pilots
AI that stays in a sandbox delivers zero value. I build systems that handle real-world load, integrate with enterprise infrastructure, and scale beyond the proof-of-concept phase.
🔄
Humans in the Loop
Autonomous agents need guardrails — governance checkpoints, explainability, and escalation paths. Velocity without trust stalls adoption. I design for both.
📈
Measure What Matters
AI transformation is measured in attrition reduced, hours saved, revenue unlocked, and TCO eliminated — not model accuracy or deployment count. I track outcomes, not outputs.

Literally week 2 on the job. That is when Ravisha stepped in as the full-time DM at a Fortune 500 client. He worked with a very challenging client and environment to build a new C4E and rescue multiple struggling 3rd party projects. When new IT leadership joined and put MuleSoft on the list of products that should go, Ravisha stepped forward. He rebuilt and shared the case for the value MuleSoft is delivering as both a product and in professional services. This completely turned around their perceptions, rescuing an at-risk customer. The projects he is directly leading have been hailed as examples of how agile should be done on all projects, not just integrations. …Oh did I mention the 10 CSAT. …and even more, on top of all this he finished all 6 weeks of his onboarding, including all certifications without missing a beat.

FoodHub Order Analysis

Exploratory data analysis on 1,898 food delivery orders across 178 NYC restaurants. Answered 17 structured business questions to drive marketing, operations, and revenue strategy.

Net revenue$6,166
SLA breach10.54% orders >60 min
Top restaurantShake Shack $3,579
▼

Business Problem

  • FoodHub aggregates orders from multiple NYC restaurants via a single app and wants to understand demand patterns to improve customer experience and profitability
  • Dataset: 1,898 orders · 9 features · order_id, restaurant, cuisine, cost, day, rating, prep time, delivery time
  • Goal: Answer 17 business questions through EDA and recommend actionable improvements

EDA Approach

  • Univariate: Count plots for cuisine type and day-of-week distribution; histograms for order cost and delivery time
  • Bivariate: Boxplots of delivery time vs. rating; pointplots of cost vs. prep time by cuisine
  • Correlation heatmap: Numeric features to identify cost–prep time relationship
  • Revenue calc: Tiered commission model — 15% (≤$5), 20% ($5–20), 25% (>$20)

Key Findings

  • Top cuisines: American, Japanese, Italian dominate; Vietnamese and Spanish have lowest order share
  • Weekend effect: Significantly higher order volume; weekday mean delivery 28 min vs. weekend 22 min
  • Rating gap: 39% of orders left unrated — major feedback blind spot
  • Promo eligibility: The Meatball Shop (4.51), Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken (4.33), Shake Shack (4.28) qualify

Conclusions & Recommendations

  • 10.5% of orders exceed 60-min SLA; negative ratings spike above that threshold — prioritize logistics optimization
  • Launch weekday lunch combos and office-delivery discounts to close the weekday engagement gap
  • Loyalty program with personalized offers using order history to retain high-frequency customers
  • Share detailed feedback reports with partner restaurants to help reduce prep time

PM Twin — Autonomous AI Project Management Platform

A production-grade multi-agent AI platform that autonomously runs the full project management lifecycle — RAID management, resource validation, schedule tracking, governance, and delivery reporting — across 100+ Salesforce project managers. 12 specialized agents. Built on Claude AI with an agents-only development team.

Agents12 specialized
Users100+ PMs
Efficiency gain25% operational
DeploymentsCLI + Web + Agentforce
▼

What It Does

  • PM Twin: Scheduled autonomous monitoring — runs pulse checks, trend analysis, confidence scoring, and quality audits across all active projects, then exits
  • PM Partner: Interactive AI companion for open-ended project work — ask anything, run any task, stays engaged for the full session
  • Portfolio view: Cross-project RAG dashboard with confidence heatmap and escalation inbox for delivery leaders
  • Covers the full engagement lifecycle: kickoff → RAID → resource → comms → governance → delivery → hypercare

Agent Capabilities

  • Setup: Project kickoff — folders, Slack channels, onboarding docs, CRM record creation
  • RAID: Seed from SOW, continuous multi-source scanning (Drive, Slack, Jira, GitHub, meeting transcripts), auto-escalation
  • Resource: 5-check automated validation of resource requests against SOW — role, timeline, skill, budget, overlap
  • Comms: Weekly status reports, EVA burn reports, meeting agendas, post-meeting notes, Sales→Delivery handoffs
  • Governance: DAF health scoring, RASIC matrix, scope validation, budget burn analysis
  • Delivery: Sprint velocity, blocker triage, go-live forecasting, delivery risk report
  • Schedule: Build from SOW + estimate sheets; push to Smartsheet / Jira / Asana; drift detection, phase gates
  • Meeting Intel: Transcript ingestion → extract RAID/scope/resource/sentiment signals automatically

Architecture

  • v1 — CLI + Web: Node.js ESM CLI with Express 5 web server; each agent domain is a standalone script orchestrated by Claude AI (Anthropic SDK); real-time WebSocket streaming to browser UI
  • v2 — Agentforce: Native Salesforce deployment — Agentforce Topics/Actions, Apex @InvocableMethod, AutoLaunched Flows, and Einstein Prompt Templates embedded on CRM record pages
  • Self-managing dev team: 8 specialized AI sub-agents (Vision, Atlas, Forge, Sentinel, etc.) handling the full software dev lifecycle with a human gate on all production deploys
  • Storage: PostgreSQL (sessions, metrics, memory), Google Drive (project artifacts), Slack (comms), Salesforce CRM (records)

Why It Matters

  • After 25 years in program management, I built the AI platform I always wished existed — one that eliminates the administrative overhead and lets PMs focus on decisions, not documentation
  • Proof that agentic AI can work in enterprise contexts: real multi-agent orchestration, RAG over live project data, structured output, WebSocket streaming, and deep integration with Slack, Drive, and Salesforce APIs
  • Built, deployed, and used in production — not a demo, not a prototype — serving real project managers with real outcomes

NatyaVibe — AI Guru for Bharatanatyam

An AI-powered virtual learning platform for Bharatanatyam — India's classical dance form — that gives students real-time pose feedback between classes using computer vision, with a 40+ mudra library and voice guidance in 5 languages.

Mudra library40+ with cultural context
Languages5 (EN, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada)
Live atnatyavibe.vercel.app
▼

The Problem

  • Bharatanatyam students attend class once or twice a week — the rest of the time they practice alone with no feedback on posture, hand gestures (mudras), or stance (aramandi)
  • Traditional learning depends entirely on an in-person guru; there is no scalable way to get technique correction between lessons
  • Goal: Build an AI guru that fills that gap — camera-based real-time correction, structured curriculum, available anywhere, anytime

Core Features

  • Real-Time Pose Correction: Camera-based pose detection gives instant feedback on adavus (basic steps), mudras (hand gestures), and aramandi (foundational stance)
  • 40+ Mudra Library: Step-by-step tutorials with cultural stories and iconographic context for every mudra
  • Multilingual Voice Guidance: Instructions in English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada — meets students in their native language
  • ISTD-Aligned Curriculum: Grade-based learning path following Indian Society for the Preservation of Eastern Arts standards
  • Dual Roles: Shishya (student) and Guru (teacher) modes with separate dashboards
  • Daily Check-in: Mood and energy tracking personalizes the day's session length and intensity

Learning Journey

  • Foundation: Learn from your Guru — structured lessons with theory, Sanskrit terminology, and technique breakdowns
  • Practice: Rehearse with AI Guru — camera-on real-time feedback sessions with progressive unlock
  • Perfect: Master the art and get certified — ISTD-aligned grade assessments
  • Onboarding selects school affiliation, experience level, and language preference to personalize the path from day one

Why I Built It

DigiFarm — AI-Powered Precision Agriculture Platform

A cloud SaaS + IoT platform that uses computer vision, drone imagery, satellite data, and real-time sensor analytics to transform how farms and lawns are managed — giving every grower access to expert-level plant health intelligence on demand.

The Problem

  • Farmers and homeowners lack real-time access to the agronomic expertise needed to optimise plant health — leading to overwatering, fertilizer waste, missed pest/disease events, and yield loss
  • Traditional agriculture is reactive: problems are visible only after damage is done
  • Service providers (landscapers, agronomists, irrigation contractors) are disconnected from the data their clients generate
  • Goal: Build a data-driven platform that makes precision agriculture accessible to any grower — from a backyard lawn to a 500-acre farm

How It Works

  • "What should I plant?" — GPS-based crop recommendations using soil parameters, local weather history, and agronomy datasets
  • "How do I monitor & manage?" — Real-time alerts on water needs, nutrient deficiencies, pest pressure, and disease risk from sensor fusion
  • Intelligent irrigation: Outdoor camera feeds → computer vision zone detection → automated irrigation triggers based on moisture and visual health signals
  • Disease & pest detection: Image processing pipeline identifies weeds, fungal disease, and pest damage from drone and camera imagery before symptoms become visible to the naked eye

Technology Architecture

  • Data ingestion: Soil sensors (moisture, pH, nutrients), rain/weather stations, outdoor cameras, drone imagery, satellite imagery — all feeding a unified cloud data lake
  • AI/ML core: Anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and BigData analytics for plant health trend modelling; recommendation engine generates actionable alerts
  • Computer vision: Weed detection, disease classification, irrigation zone mapping from visual inputs
  • Cloud SaaS platform: Multi-tenant, real-time dashboard with service provider network integration — agronomists and contractors see the same data the farmer sees
  • Roadmap: Phase 1 (residential lawn) → Phase 2 (parks & commercial) → Phase 3 (large farms) → Phase 4 (government & satellite scale)

Origin & Context

  • Conceived and developed through Nokia's internal intrapreneurship program — advanced to Seed Gate Phase 2 out of hundreds of submissions, validating the business case with market analysis, financial modelling, and a working prototype
  • Draws on a rare combination: 16+ years of enterprise software engineering and 5+ years of personal farm management — the builder and the user are the same person
  • Identified Nokia's existing global telecom infrastructure and device ecosystem as a distribution moat no pure-play agri-tech startup could replicate
  • Projected $120M annual revenue at 1.2% US market penetration with 58% margins — built the full business case from first principles

AI Isn't Failing. Leadership Is.
After 25 years of technology waves — internet, mobile, cloud, and now AI — one pattern holds: the organizations that win are rarely the ones that move fastest. Only ~1/3 of organizations are deeply transforming with AI despite $2.5T projected spend.
